This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and statistical data when you use our mobile application and related services (“App”). By using Poker Stats Tracker, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide you with a functional and secure app experience, including account info, usage data, and device details. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Your data is used solely to operate and improve the app, track poker statistics, and display analytics. It is never sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
All user data is securely stored in Firebase, a Google cloud platform that ensures encryption and compliance. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at adibmazloom@gmail.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
We do not share your data with any third party unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.
This app is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. If we learn such data exists, we delete it immediately.
We implement industry-standard measures such as HTTPS encryption and access control to protect user data. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
